The monthly contest begins at 12:00 midnight CST on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on the last day of the month. The Contest is sponsored by TxSportsman.com (Sponsor), and is administered by Goode Enterprises.

To enter, you will be asked to provide your first and last name, street address, email address and phone number. Entry is limited to one per person. Prizewinner will be notified by email. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an email entry, the entry will be assumed to have been submitted by the holder of the email account. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Online entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.

(2) WINNER SELECTION: All monthly prizes will be awarded in random drawings held the first business day of the following month of the contest period. The random drawings are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest.

(3) ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of TxSportsman.com, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

(4) GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor shall be final in all matters relating to the Contest. TxSportsman is not responsible or liable for: (1) incorrectly sent or received electronic entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet or computer problems; (3) errors or delays in submitting entries; (4) any events beyond the control of the Sponsor, which may cause the Contest to be stopped; (5) any losses or damages caused by the acceptance or use of the prize or from participation in the Contest; or (6) any printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to the Contest. The Sponsor may stop you from participating in the Contest if you repeatedly ignore the Contest Official Rules or act: (a) in a manner they determine to be not fair; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Sponsor; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to stop this Contest should any causes beyond the control of the Sponsor affect the Contest.
